The things people ask us most.
Honest answers on sizing, where the clothes come from, and how buying works.
How do you know what size will fit me?
We read each brand’s own published size chart against the measurements you share, then show a plain “likely your fit” hint. It’s a well-informed suggestion — never a guaranteed fit — because bodies and brands both vary.
Do maternity sizes differ between brands?
They do, a lot. A 12 at one label rarely matches a 12 at another, and bump room varies too. That’s exactly why we compare against each brand’s chart instead of assuming a universal size.
Where do the clothes come from?
From the maternity and bump-friendly ranges of trusted retailers, pulled in through official affiliate feeds. We gather and organise the good pieces into one place — we don’t hold stock ourselves.
Should I size up while pregnant?
“Just size up” is blunt advice. Some maternity pieces are cut to grow with you and fit true to your pre-pregnancy size; others run small. We flag what each brand’s chart suggests so you can decide with real information.
Where do I actually buy the item?
On the brand’s own website. We link you straight there to check out — we never take your payment or hold your order.
Does it cost anything to use 9Edits?
No — 9Edits is completely free to use. When you buy through one of our links we may earn a small commission from the brand, at no extra cost to you. It never changes which pieces we show you or how we order them.
How often is the catalogue updated?
Every day. We refresh from the brands’ official feeds nightly, so prices and what’s in stock stay as current as we can keep them — though the brand’s own site is always the final word at checkout.
Can I shop from outside the UK?
Yes — use the region picker at the top of the page to switch your country, and we’ll show the brands that deliver there, with prices converted as a guide. You always pay the brand’s own local price at checkout.
